A Delhi based start-up DustBusterz took advantage of the Swachh Bharat boom and initiated a venture to provide cleaning services for homes and offices in Delhi/NCR region, with the aim of Swachh Bharat, Swachh Ghar. Aneet Singh, Co-founder, DustBusterz shares his inspiring story.
What led you to get into the firm like Dust Busterz?
It was 4 years ago when I saw my mother scolding her maid who was working part time then, she was then discussing with our neighbours and friends the several issues that one faces with the maid. On hearing their conversations I realised that they all had common issues to talk about suck as punctuality, not cleaning properly, taking sudden leave’s, showing tantrums etc.
It was then when I thought of structuring this market from an unstructured one. After which I constantly worked on the plan for 2 Years.
I then pursued MBA from Delhi where I met Siddhant my partner. He also had similar plans in mind. It was then when we streamlined our thoughts and created DustBusterz.
We have successfully presented this plan in several competitions and won prizes.
